Tardiness

If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late contact me via text (901) 574-0186. Depending upon my schedule for the day we may have to:

Cut out service to your feet (pedi/polish change) or just reschedule the appointment.

Cancellations

Appointments may be cancelled online up to 24 hours in advance. If it is less than 24 hours you can text me at (901) 574-0186. This gives me the opportunity to possibly fill this appointment. Everyone is required to have a card on file with the scheduler, if there is a late/last minute cancellation the full cost of the appointment will be charged!

No Text/No Show

If you make an appointment that you do not show up for or cancel or reschedule within the specified timeframe of 24 hours, YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO SCHEDULE AGAIN. NO EXCEPTIONS. If a deposit was paid, it WILL NOT be refunded!!!!

Deposits

Deposits are non refundable. Deposits will be required for new clients when booking it will be assessed at 30% of the total cost of the service you booked and will be applied to the total cost of your visit. If for some reason you can not make it and you reschedule before 24 hours that amount will transfer to your new appointment time. If its after the 24 hours and you would like to reschedule a new deposit will have to be collected.

Guarantee

If you are not happy with your nails, let me know. I will do my best to adjust them to your satisfaction. Enhancements and gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 5 days. If you lose an enhancement or notice chips/lifting within the first 5 days please contact me for a free repair.

Disinfection, Sanitation & Sterilization

All metal implements are cleaned with antibacterial soap. Then they are completely submerged in an ultrasonic cleaner with Barbicide for 10 minutes. Next they are placed in a sealed pouch and heated to 200F for 15 minutes.

All other items such as nail files, buffers, orangewood sticks and foot buffers are discarded after your visit and you receive a new one for each subsequent appointment. My foot tub is lined and pipe free to ensure that every person has fresh water with every pedicure service.
