No Text/No Show

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you do not show up, do not communicate or cancel/reschedule within 24 hours, you will not be able to book future appointments. If a deposit was paid, it is non-refundable. No exceptions

Deposits

A $25 non refundable deposit is required for all new clients and select services. This deposit is applied to your total at checkout.

• If you need to reschedule before the 24 hours, your deposit will be transfer to your new date.

• If it is within 24 hours, a new deposit will be required to secure another appointment.

Late Policy

Please arrive on time to ensure full service can be completed.

• After 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened.

• After 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and deposit forfeited.

Guarantee

I want you to leave loving your nails. Enhancements and gel manicures include a 5 day guarantee.

If you experience lifting, chipping or an issue with your enhancement within 5 days, please contact me for a complimentary repair.

Repairs outside this timeframe will incur a standard fee.

Disinfection, Sanitation & Sterilization

Your safety matters

All implements are:

• washed with antibacterial soap

• ultrasonically cleaned with Barbicide (10 mins)

• sealed in a pouch and heat sterilized at 200 F (15 mins)

All single use items - files, buffers, orangewood sticks - are discarded after every appointment. You always receive new, fresh tools.

Custom Press-On Nail Policies

Processing Time

Standard production time is 5-10 business days, depending on design complexity and order volume.

Custom Sizing

It is your responsibility to ensure correct sizing.

• You may order a SIZING KIT before purchasing you custom set (Highly Recommended).

• Varnish Nail Studio is not responsible for sets that do not fit due to inaccurate measurements

Design Confirmation

All custom sets require final approval before production.

• You will receive a design mockup/written description.

• Once approved your design can not be changed.

Refunds & Exchanges

Because all sets are handcrafted and made to your measurements:

All sales are final.

No refunds or exchanges.

If your set arrives damaged or incorrect due to an error on my end, please contact me with in 48 hours with clear photos so I can make it right.

Repairs

If you lose or break a nail, replacement nails can be ordered individually for a small fee. Please provide your original order name and nail size.

Shipping

Once order ships, Varnish Nail Studio is not responsible for delays, lost packages or issues caused by carrier.

Tracking information will be provided upon shipment.

Care Instructions

To extend the life of your press-ons:

• Apply to clean, dehydrated nails

• Avoid water for the first 2 hours

• Store your set in it’s case away from heat

• Use non acetone polish remover to remove them
